Thanks guys; For now i'got this Vizio Running i did the BGA chip heating, i don't know for how long, i applied the same method as the Ps3 YLOD fix tutorial just by heating first bottom side with low heat then with high heat the heat sink , let it cool for an hour then put it together and voila...

Never mind ,everything is ok now, when i started to scan local channels i had to change from cable to Off the air antenna,it's kinda odd cause normally it does it automatically on my Vizio VW42L.

Hi guys;i have repaired VizioGV42L with no pic no back-light just relay clicking with white Vizio logo, by replacing U5 regulator with LO23 G1117, now it has Pic and sound but the Digital Tuner is not loading channels,but the Analog tuner is ok, i did check DU4 tuner regulator and input 3.3v...

Forget it i went through some of the solders and found one bad solder on one of the caps re-solder it and reassembled it and for my surprise monitor is working again like new,as i stated all components all looked and tested ok,so it had to do with the hard glue and bad solders.Thanks
