    My new Tv only has channel 1-26 and 45 70 and 90. ?

    it skips so many that are included in my basic cable package, and its a cheap TV so I'm wondering if its the TV's fault, or my cable company's cable wire, or is there something i can do jvc LT-19DE74, I don't have a manual and have now tried multiple cable outlets in the house
