I can’t find information anywhere on repairs. I broke the right ear cup on my QC35 II by stepping on it (I know, I’m an idiot). The sound still works but the attachment is broken which means it doesn’t properly go over my ear. I guess it could be soldered but do Bose do any kind of repair...
