I'd say if you know that's all that's wrong with it and you know the hardware is sound and the warranty is in tact. I'd go for it when you do get it, re-install windows along with updating bios and fresh sets of drivers. That might solve the dos errors, The sound throwing out might be a sound...

The temperatures are a little high for a laptop try cleaning out the system with some compressed air, if that does not work use a program called malware bytes it will scan for any malicious files on your PC and then you can remove them
