I'm always sad when I see pictures of a pile of old computers (whether they work or not doesn't matter) because I know I could use them for something but they are just getting thrown away.

First you should check and make sure your laptop supports TV out.

I found out what to do. I just went into BIOS and turned the fan off of always on. It is works nicely now. Perfectly quiet.
