    Yes there are lower res models from MSI. Not sure if they would let you return a product that hasn't failed; something for you to check into yourself since you own it.

    Solution: Don't invest in a laptop with a 4k display and expect great performance. Even the high end desktop GPUs need SLI to perform over 60 fps. Hardware cannot be changed, nor can broken hearts be fixed, but lessons can be learned and wisdom can be gained.

    First, I wouldn't buy a Dell. Second, no laptop GPU will be able to support 4k at a reasonable frame rate. Also, integrated graphics are not recommended for gaming generally.
