I now am continuously getting a screen saying an operating system wasn't found so I can nolonger attempt to even restore

When I try to restore or do any form of restart I get a error message and it just restarts. Trust me I know this is a virus prior to the computer shutting down it was getting strange pop up windows which were being a pain to close and it happend about 10 minuets after downloading the emulator.

Got the virus from the 360 emulator anyone know the fix? My computer just restarts and puts me onto a Win10 diagnostics screen to troubleshoot I have tried doing a system restore but I get an error message, any help would be much appreciated Thanks.
