    just changed motherboard an cpu

    there is no faint picture putting a external monitor dosent work either.changed because motherboard was defective and screenn would black out for no reason. now it wont even boot up when i changed it everything powers up fans and lights

    my hp pavilion just got a new motherboard and cpu installed in it but the screen is black/notlighting up.everything else is powered up fans an lights . what can i do to fix this(i also took it apart again to check just in case but still no boot up)
