I have unplugged for 10 mins Plugged back in Held down [Vol -] + [MENU] Pressed the [POWER] once Continued to hold other 2 for a few secs Tried above with [Vol +] instead. No buttons seem to have any input. This was all on buttons on TV not remote.

I have a JVC LT-40C540 TV. As soon as I plug it in, the TV immediately turns itself on, the blue power light turns on and then the whole thing turns itself off again. The screen never switches on. It continues to do this loop until the TV is unplugged and will even continue to loop another 3...
