Solved! Why is my phone saying my wifi has no internet connection?

Thank you for your reply. I tried all the things you suggested, still says no internet. I am just going to return the phone and get a different one. Thank you for trying to help.

Solved! Why is my phone saying my wifi has no internet connection?

I have BLU XI4. It connects to my wifi, but says no internet connection. I know this is not true because I am running other devices on the wifi
