I want to install windows.. but on desktop computer it wont boot in uefi but on ahci it will. And laptop wont boot p2 matshita dvdram but on uefi it will. And sry for english again

Laptop= asus model x551ca Desktop computer= asrock fm2 a88m extreme4+

Hello i have a problem.. On my laptop i cant boot from P2 matshita dvdram but from uefi i can. And on my desktop computer i cant boot from uefi but i can from ahci.. Can someone explain me that please. Im looking for an answer for couple of days. I dont know what to do anymore.. i got stucked at...
