Hello! I have a Panasonic NV- SD220 VCR and Samsung 50" Smart- TV (NU6025). The VCR has 1x Scart and RF IN + OUT, and my TV has 2x HDMI and RF IN. I also have a Scart--> HDMI converter. So, I have connected the VCR to the TV via Scart, but the problem is that the picture is distorted/noisy...
