I'd like to upgrade to Windows 10 but I haven't had the Win 10 upgrade app appear. It seems that this is because I don't have IE11. When I run Windows updates, it tries to install IE11 but fails every time. I've researched this online and haven't had any success. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 and...
