Really wished they had like an enthusiast grade laptop, where they carry removable 9 cell batteries for on the go, and ran the CPU at 50% or something.

Gaming laptops usually dont have detachable batteries. Nor would I expect companies to produce extra batteries for gaming laptops if they were detachable.

What if I disable Hyper Threading, and downlock the CPU to 1.5?

I'm looking for a gaming laptop (preferrably a GTX 970M-960M, No SLI) The budget is at max $2500 I need this thing to last a college afternoon (about 5-6 hours) on its most intense power savings. It must also have an SSD for boot. Anybody got ideas?

I dont like the Crucial MX100 solely cause of its lower speed. I can buy a UPS. I just want to know if I'm gaming with about 500W, and the power goes out, and my (lets say) 400W UPS kicks in, will the PC still run normally or will that 100W less screw something over?

I see. Well then, what kinda fan should I use for side vents pulling air in, the back one, and the ones for my HDD cages? In that order.

I wont be needing a CPU fan, as I'm going with the H105 closed loop. However I have a back fan, the 2 bottom fans, the 2 fans on the HDDs, the fan below the HDDs, the fan blowing across the HDDs, and 2 side fans. I have no idea what fans to use for them. I'm not sure if I need a SP fan or not.

Hey guys, so my PC is almost ready to go soon! (just waiting on that 4790k) I need to know. I am having some trouble choosing case fans. I can do the colors and CFM, and dba, and stuff. I would like an explanation on pressure. What is static pressure, high pressure, what does it all mean?
