    Avast and Malwarebites okay for HT/Gaming pc?

    I'm building a gaming/home theater rig. Most of what I'll be doing is playing games and streaming movies, music, etc. Will Avast Free and Malwarebytes cover my needs? How often should I scan? thanks for any help you can provide.
