ah guys...... no success..... guess i'll have to refresh pc

i have an nvidia geforce gt 820m. i was trying to update it when it said NVIDIA INSTALLER FAILED. ( the latest update 350. something) any hints on what might have happened?? and how could i continue?? My antiviruses were off, and i downloaded the update manually. could any one resolve this...
