    I have an aux cord that I want to make longer by adding another auxiliary cord but one aux cord has white yellow and red wires

    Trying to make an auxiliary cord longer by adding another auxiliary cord to it but one auxiliary cord has green yellow and white core in it while the other auxiliary cord has a copper wire a copper wire with a clear coating on it and a black wire what wires mate up??
