I have an SD card that has Very important pictures on it. It has been damages and a few little pieces on the inside have been broken, can This be fix in anyway????!!

Help! My kids somehow managed to do a factory reset on my Motorola electrify! I lost everything. I cant find my pictures i had on there, recent ones. I still have my old pictures but not the new ones :( anyway to get them back?! I have taken more pictures Before i realized i had lost the others...
