    My hp.15 isnt starting and tger is no cApslock blink only power button is on and only black screen

    After what Whitey said, removing battery,charger, and holding power button for 30 seconds, try holding windows key +b then press the power button, and continue holding windows key +b (some laptops are win key +v) this will try to restore the last known good bios.
