    So thanks for the help i appreciate it, unfortunately trying to get a picture of the ram sticks while opening it up i stabbed a knife into the computer system, so this is kindof a write off now sorry to waste your time lol

    So i just bought 2 crucial 16 gb ram sticks stuck them in my nitro 5 an515-64-55ym model and now i cant hook it up to my hdmi slot for a monitor, anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it, the sticks cost almost 200 canadian
