The problem with this is that you can't use a 3rd party lock screen app with the fingerprint sensor because the G6 doesn't let you setup a fingerprint without enabling the system lock screen!!

There's a key difference between these two phones. The Pixel has been out a lot longer. Therefore, there's a higher chance the comments posted here have a higher percentage of Pixel owners than G6 owners. Gee, do you think that you might have a bias towards the $700 device you purchased...
