I am looking for a laptop to do a good bit of photo editing on Ps, and a moderate amount of video editing as I get into film. I was looking at laptops with 16GB, i7, and some sort of dedicated GPU. I have about a $1100 budget and would really like some help. Thanks

Yes or no? It will be used for light video editing with Adobe Premiere and digital design on Photoshop. I'll also be using it for games like GTA, BeamNG, No Mans Sky and stuff like that. I know the new 1070 and 1080 m GPUs are supposed to release soon but if they aren't out by the end of August...
