Would a laptop with these specs: Intel Core i5-5200U Intel HD Graphics 5500 4GB DDR3L Be able to play light games such as CSGO and League of Legends at a smooth famerate (not necessarily at highest graphic settings)?

This might not be it, but it's worth a try: your battery settings might be set on power-saving.

Hi I've been searching for a computer that i can use for both school and light gaming (League of legends, CSGO, Civ 5 and older games), while keeping a low budget. I've come across the Lenovo B50-80 80EW with these specs: 128 gb SSD Intel Core i5-5200U (5.gen) 2,2GHz (2,7 Ghz i turbo mode)...
