well step one, look for a screen with a 1920x1080 resolution. The ebay one above doesn't have it.

AFAIK the alienware laptops still use MXM sockets for their GPUs. If they do, then you should be able to. Show a photo of your laptops videocards plugged in and removed and I can give more confidence on this answer... (that said, its not really a justifiable upgrade for the expense)

Uninstall all the drivers, then search for an older driver from 2014/2013 and see if it works.

Actually it may run new games on up to medium settings, but you need to provide more specific information. What model A10 APU is it, and what speed does the 8gb of RAM run at.
