so my 2 month old laptop was glichy and broken so i decided to factory reset it (win 10) and it got stuck at 42% so i tried manually shutting it down but then went on a loop of asking if i wanted to resume restart then over again im so desperate please help

hi do u mind helping me? my brand new-ish (2 months) was working poorly and i belive i had a bug so i decided to factory reset it but during this it got stuck on windws download at 42% ad has been for 2 hours+ i really dont know how to fix so any help would be apreciated thanks jess xx
