MERGED QUESTION Question from Jewel Ray : "Panasonic tv tc-p42c2" My Panasonic tv tc-p42s2 has the 10 blinking red code i checked the power supply board an puts out 15v but when the red light starts blinking it goes to 9.6v can you help me thanks- Jewel Ray
