none of these answers fixed it. it might be the HDD or I think my laptop might be overheating. any other things i can try to do?

It seems like whenever I do something heavy on my laptop, the internet turns off and the apps I try to open seem to not work, as if the whole computer was in a not responding point. For instance when I game, I can play for a while or even for a little bit and then all of a sudden the internet...
