    Full reset Dell laptop (windows 10 new) and keeps repeating the windows driver downloader and updater (stuck at 64% then reset

    I full reset a Dell laptop for a demo for my store and now it wont full boot back up... It will just go to 64% then it will restart the process all over again. Is there anyway to get to safe mode through a hotkey? Or if theres another solution. Thanks!
