I have a Coby TFTV4028 40-Inch 1080p LCD TV and unfortunately it only turns on occasionally. If I unplug the TV and leave it for a day or two, it'll power on just fine. The standby light stays on when it's plugged in and when you click the power button the screen flickers faintly and won't turn...
