I've been having the same problem but just got off an hour long hold with Samsung , but they had a solution: Go to menu Network Network status Wait for IP Settings Both should be set to auto Change DNS Mode to manual Change DNS Server to - 151.80.14.237 Hit ok then ok Worked for me. Good Luck
