    Yes, I, tried that and just about everything else imaginable. Finally, with very low expectations, I reloaded the Bios and that fixed it.

    ASUS Zenbook UM433D, about 4 months old No audio, either on speakers or earphones. Reloaded all drivers several times. Reloaded Windows via factory reset. Out of ideas. Joe
