    Yes the unit is sentimental. I had one similiar to it growing up so i would like to fix it. The tuner works great just the aux and cd imputs dont due to a damaged board is there an easy way besides an fm transmitter to connect other devices.

    Is the device you mentioned for converting signal safe in terms of not damaging an amp.I know a little bit about electronics but not enough to be confident to rob signal from the inside of the unit

    I have a ton of old speakers around the house that i have accumulated over the past 30 yrs. 2 of the speakers happen to fit this system. Just looking to add more with an eg for fun and to send speakers to different areas of my home.

    How can i hook an amp up to a older home stereo without audio outs. A sharp sc6900 to to be exact. This unit has an interal amp. Can i get signal from the speaker connection. The amp i would like to hook to it is a sharp 7700 cd with rca connections.
