    You'll need to just buy a new one. There's no point trying to troubleshoot a failing laptop power supply.

    10 beeps pertain to a certain problem, usually manufacturers have a list of the beep codes and their problems on the website. You'll have to contact the manufacturer in this case because there's no manual on the website.
