Hi, Same problem here. Tried every idea on here with no luck. Then I remembered the TV wifi starting playing up when I connected an Amazon Firestick. Solution: removed Firestick, re-set network settings and BINGO. It works. Now trying to connect Firestick to TV by cable and not wirelessly.
