    Stupid me! A bit more investigation and I realised that there is a tiny plastic cap to be removed. All now working perfectly

    Never used one before! It obviously pushes in one way only. But how do you make it stay in? Do you need to push hard until it clicks? Do you need to rotate it 90 degrees? I don't want to break anything!
