    Will not reboot

    I am having a reboot problem on my TOSHIBA Satellite laptop. I am not seeing the rotating circle on powering on. As soon as I power on the screen goes to the TOSHIBA Leading Innovation >>> screen and gets stuck there. Can someone please help?
