Its the Netflix app on Windows 10. Full of DRM and handshake HDCP problems. Nvidia Shield works but haven't support for ATMOS in the Netflix app.

The fan is unbearable. The advertisement says that the fan is quiet but it emits a high tone that makes me mad when I use Kodi or Plex.
