    I have gone to HP and downloaded all of the updates. I can print on it now but the scanner doesn't work it gives an error message that says no scan options found. also there is nothing that I can find on the computer that shows a scanner is attached.

    hello I have a hp 6500 printer that I can no longer get to operate. I have downloaded all of the updates from Microsoft and hp but to no avail. I am running Window 7 64 bit Any sugestions??
