SOLVED - Was a bad video card. Took one out, and everything loaded and worked fine. You can close this thread

FYI I am willing to start fresh on all troubleshooting. I just need some guidance on what to do. I cannot make heads nor tails of these reports like the experts. Oh and my video cards are 2x ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 .
