Thanks, Nukemaster. My headphone's jacks look like they are 3.5mm TRS jacks. From what I understand it looks like my only option is to order a TRRS to 2 x TRS jack to get my microphone up and running again? I'll contact Lenovo about the problem before buying but thank you for the help! :)
