    It already had it on, could it be the drivers that are on the disc are out of date, could Installing it from a USB stick work

    I'm not sure about the specs, but it's good enough to run 64-bit, it's not brand new, it's a Samsung laptop and I haven't disconnected anything

    I'm trying to install Windows 8.1, I have the full copy, product key, disc etc... It gets up to Installing Updates and doesn't do anything.
