    Thanks for that. Unfortunately both these did nothing. I will contact a tech company but probably not worth it seeing as the laptop was only $350 a few years ago.

    Lenovo Laptop won’t start after reset

    I did a factory reset of my Lenovo laptop however during the process it said that the reset failed. Now when I try turning it on it goes to a black screen then ‘Lenovo’ pops up for 10 seconds or so then goes back to a black screen and repeats... Can I fix this? Help! Thanks.
