    here's the fix I received from HP ( go to start and type in mouse- when control panel 18 opens- click on change hows mouse works-go down to control mouse with keyboard - uncheck control mouse with keyboard..restart... Worked for me

    I have the exact same problem if you find out anything please let me know..This is a brand new computer that was working find until it did a win update.
