Thank you. Now I can assure you that it is a battery problem. Solid battery light means using battery I think, not sure. But anyway, how fast is the blinking? Charging is usually a double blink every second. malfunction is a rapid constant blinking.

Got it. My old (really really) VAIO did that. Try about 5 more times. Then your PC will even refuse to start up. Try it 10 more times after that, and the LEDs will give up. You probably need an expensive repair that's not worth it anyway. How old is your PC? Intel Haswell is out, and new...
