    Acer Spin 5 Powers off When Unplugged.

    I have an Acer Spin 5. It works normally when plugged into ac, but when I unplug it, it immediately powers off. I have had it for several months. When it's plugged in, it shows the battery charged to 100%. I have never opened it up, or done anything that doesn't fall under normal use.
