    Best bang for your buck will of course be building a desktop. You can spend around the same and get a lot more power. In any case I think that laptop is an OK deal and the 940M should run LoL and CSGO fairly easily. Cheers

    Good enough rig?

    You will be able to play all of the games you listed. For TC The Division, that GPU does not meet the recommended requirements, but it does meet the minimum. So you can play it just not maxed out. Cheers
