i had someone install the drivers and the disk that comes with the video card doesn't read when i put it in. When i go to the control panel, it says the device isn't plugged in under the HDMI -

hdmi audio is not working
i built a computer and its connected to my smart tv through an hdmi cable. all drivers have been installed but the hdmi audio isn't recognized in the settings. can anyone help?
