    what if my nokia suite does not want to backup my phone when i try to update to nokia belle

    when i try to update my nokia N8, the download succeeds but it does not finish backing up and gives the message ''something's gone wrong'' I have already scanned my phone for virusses but nothing appeared, what can I do?
