I have a 2 month old HP laptop , with Windows 10 and downloaded Zoom 2 weeks ago.

Yet another video that doesn't answer the question I asked. As I said the software tells me I NEED a green screen and won't use a virtual background. This is the same information I keep finding everywhere else.

I am new to Tom's Guide and new using Zoom, also one of the lesser computer literate people on this board, so please answer in plain English and not large technical terms (if you have an answer that is) I am trying to change the virtual background - lots of videos out there on how to do that...
