    I did a factory reset on my home laptop, then it crashed. How can u do a reset when screen won't open to see charms, desktop or anything else?!!!!

    charging a HP is 14"sleekbook battery externally

    My sleekbok power cord has disappeared (about 2yrs ago) and I need to find out if battery will still charge and hold charge.

    Lost ring for incoming calls and messages on Alcatel idea xcite.

    Phone worked fine for first couple of days then all notification sounds stopped. Only one week old. Never dropped or gotten wet. Can someone please help.
